Our Services
Level Surveys
Level surveys provide a detailed view of how a property is moving. Using the latest Leica equipment we can establish movement to a high degree of accuracy. Measurements can be taken as regularly as required, with results including a 3D diagram provided after each visit.
Crack Monitoring
Crack monitoring provides measurements of movement in very specific parts of a property. Readings are taken using high-precision Mitutoyo digital calipers and Demec studs. Charts visualising movement are provided after each visit.
Remote Monitoring
Remote monitoring provides 24/7 crack monitoring measurements. Using small equipment boxes affixed to the property, readings are transmitted to us via mobile network and can be relayed to the client at any time.
